Henry Baum was born in New York City and grew up in Los Angeles. He is the author of the novel Oscar Caliber Gun , retitled The Golden Calf in other editions. His second novel, North of Sunset , will be released in 2005.  Currently, he lives and writes in L.A. with his wife and daughter.
